This information is collected through Squarespace's built-in analytics, Google Analytics (if enabled), and cookies as described in Section 4.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services we use, including Stripe (payment processing), email marketing platforms, social media platforms (if you interact with us through social media), and advertising platforms (if we run paid campaigns).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: processing and fulfilling orders, communicating with you about your orders including quotes, approvals, production updates, and shipping, responding to inquiries and providing customer support, processing payments through our payment processor (Stripe), improving our Site, services, and user experience, sending marketing communications (only with your consent — see Section 8), complying with legal obligations, protecting our rights and preventing fraud, and maintaining business records for operational and legal purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.

Types of Cookies We Use

Essential cookies are required for the Site to function properly, including session management and security. They cannot be disabled without affecting Site functionality.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Site by collecting information about pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns. We use Squarespace Analytics and may use Google Analytics for this purpose.

Marketing cookies may be used if we run advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram). These cookies track ad performance and may be used for retargeting.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, blocking essential cookies may prevent the Site from functioning properly. Instructions for managing cookies are available in your browser's help documentation.

Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. There is no industry-standard technology for recognizing Do Not Track signals at this time.

5. Payment Processing and Financial Information

We use third-party payment processors to handle all payment transactions. These may include, but are not limited to, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Zelle, wire transfer services, and any other payment platforms we adopt in the future. When you make a payment, your payment information (including credit card number, debit card number, or bank account information) is collected and processed directly by the applicable third-party payment processor. Each payment processor's collection and use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any payment platform used in your transaction.

We may retain transaction records including the amount paid, date of transaction, payment method type, last four digits of the payment method (if applicable), transaction ID, and processor name for our business records, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

DesignTo Clothing is not responsible for the security practices, data handling, or privacy policies of any third-party payment processor. Any disputes related to payment processing should be directed to the applicable payment provider.
